‘Bike Library’ arrives in Pocklington

A bike library is to start in Pocklington where people can loan bicycles, for a short period of time to see if this is an activity you would like to get involved in again.

The Bike library also offers cycle accessories (i.e helmets, high vis jackets, locks etc) and enables access to bicycles maintenance workshops, all free of charge. The idea of bike libraries is to make bicycles and cycling more accessible and available to local people in their local community 

The first Bike Library in Pocklington is this coming Thursday from 10am-12pm at Pocklington Rugby Club. Any local resident is welcome to pop down and speak to staff who will be on hand to assist. The Bike Library will then return to the rugby club on the following days:
